Red Cross of Alaska: Mat-Su Vehicle Fundraiser

The Red Cross of Alaska Board of Directors has set a goal of raising $45,000 to support a new Chevy Silverado in the Mat-Su Borough. The borough is the fastest growing in the state, and this Red Cross vehicle will allow us to serve both urban and rural communities in an area that is larger than the country of Ireland. From Cantwell to the Copper River basin, from Thompson Pass to the fringes of Denali State Park, our disaster team will be able to reach those in need across very challenging terrain.

More than ever, the Red Cross is called upon to help Alaskans recover from home fires, flooding, windstorms, and wildfires. We are dedicated to preventing and alleviating suffering in the Mat-Su Borough and beyond.
