Join Mat-Su Animal Shelter for Foster Orientation!
Orientation will be Saturday, September 16th, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Puppies, and kittens, are especially important to find fosters for. This is a great reminder for our upcoming Foster Orientation.
Help us continue to help more animals that come into our care - Foster Orientation is Saturday, September 16th, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. We will have breakfast food, coffee and juice while you learn about what you can do as a foster!
Fosters can be anything from puppies, kittens, pregnancy, surgical recovery, refeeding, or allowing animals to decompress.
Fosters do not pay for anything - we provide medical care, bedding, toys, food, and support while the animal is in your care. The time frame in which you foster can vary from a week to a couple weeks.
Our Foster Homes are especially important for kittens and puppies that need socialization when they're too young for their spay/neuter surgery - it is critical we are able to provide them a place to socialize outside of our shelter setting.
Please help us, help the animals in the Valley by applying to foster.
