Deadline to Enter Emergency Preparedness Youth Poster Contest

Are you prepared? 2023 Youth Poser Contest is now live and entries are now being accepted!
What does being prepared mean to you? What disasters might strike you or your family? Top winner in each of five categories receive prizes.
Grand prizes awarded in five age divisions: 5-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15 and 16-18.
Winners will be announced October 3rd.
Poster size 8.5'X11' to 24"X24" (maximum)

Three ways to enter:
1. Create your poster at home or school and bring it to the Emergency Preparedness Expo.
2. Create your poster and drop it off at the Mat-Su Borough Emergency Operations Center at 1800 E. Parks Hwy, Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM OR before 5PM on September 29th.
3. Bring your entry to the Mat-Su Borough 2023 Emergency Expo at the Menard by 3PM.
