Tier 1: Small Business of the Year – Companies with 10 or less employees
Tier 2: Medium Business of the Year – Companies with 11 – 49 employees
Tier 3: Large Business of the Year – Companies with 50 or more employees
Charity of the Year – Registered 501(c)(3) organizations
Spark Award – Companies that are less than five years old
