5-Part Lifeguard Pre-Test

Must be 15 years & older

300-yard swim using front crawl and breaststroke.

2-minute treading water using legs only.

Swim 20 yards, retrieve a 10-lb dive weight from 7 ft deep.
Surface and swim 20 yards with the weight, using legs only. Then exit the pool without using a ladder within 1 minute and 40 seconds.
